IronCrest

A new residential chapter around an established private club.

IronCrest is a gated private club community in development north of Downtown Ocala, centered on The Club at Iron Lake. Mature oaks, rolling fairways, and quarry lakes give it a landscape rarely associated with Florida. Planned residential neighborhoods will bring golf and club life into a setting shaped by Ocala's equestrian culture. The project is in Ocala, beyond the Orlando metro area.

A range of planned residences

IronCrest's master plan proposes more than one way to own a home in a private club setting, from lower-maintenance townhomes to larger estate opportunities. A September 2026 developer update names seven committed builder partners: ICI Homes, Davila Homes, Brije Homes, J. Drewes, Stentiford Construction, H & W Construction, and Center State Construction. Confirm the actual builder, lot, plan, customization options, sales status, and completion expectations for any particular release.

The developer has also discussed separate townhome accommodations for short stays. These are not the same thing as for-sale townhomes and should not be used to imply that a particular home is available to purchase or ready for move-in.

The Club at Iron Lake

The existing club is an important part of IronCrest's story. Its championship golf course winds through a former quarry landscape, while the clubhouse overlooks Iron Lake and provides places for dining and gathering. The club also describes fitness and wellness services, a pool, seven lighted tennis courts, and four pickleball courts. Membership categories vary, so buyers should verify which privileges, dues, initiation costs, and requirements apply to a future home purchase.

The Ocala setting

Ocala's equestrian identity and open land are part of the region's appeal. IronCrest draws on that character as well as golf and club life. Anyone seeking horse boarding, riding facilities, or direct equestrian access should ask specifically what is available: the project's equestrian positioning does not by itself establish that these amenities are on site.

Plan your purchase

Because the for-sale program is developing, request the current phase map, release schedule, floor plans, builder assignments, prices, construction estimates, association documents, club terms, and purchase requirements. Fernanda can help compare the future residential offering with the established club experience and coordinate a visit.
