Hi, my name is Fernanda. I am a Real Estate Broker and the owner of Nova Real Estate Services, Inc. I started my Real Estate career in 2008 (great timing, right?) and while everyone was getting out of the game I pressed in. In just a few short months I was hooked! The years to follow provided necessary, difficult, and incredible exposure that led me to fancy myself an expert in the industry. Now with over a decade of experience I’ve worked with first time home-buyers, investors, developers, domestic and international clients, to name a few. In 2015 I decided it was time to take my career to the next level and got my Brokers license - Nova Real Estate Services was born. It was an immediate challenge; however, the pride felt rising to the occasion and providing a boutique experience in our industry was invaluable and worth the obstacles overcome.
